Paper Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere
- Abstract should be 250-300 words in English
- Full papers should be 6-8 pages including references, following IEEE format
- Submit through our online submission system in PDF format

Review Process
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by experts in the field
- Review results will be communicated within 2 weeks of submission deadline
- Authors may be asked to make revisions based on reviewer feedback
- Final acceptance is conditional upon incorporating required revisions

Registration Requirements
- At least one author per accepted paper must register for the conference
- Registration must be completed by August 15, 2026 for inclusion in proceedings
- Each registration covers one paper presentation
- Additional papers require additional registration fees

Presentation Guidelines
- Oral presentations: 15 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
- Poster presentations: A0 size, portrait orientation
- Presentation format (oral/poster) will be assigned by the program committee
- Presentation materials must be submitted 3 days before the conference

Publication & Copyright
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings
- Selected papers may be invited for submission to partner journals
- Authors retain copyright of their work
- Papers will be made available under open access terms

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled before July 1, 2026
- 50% refund if cancelled between July 1-31, 2026
- No refund for cancellations after August 1, 2026
- Substitutions are allowed with prior notification
